Her name is Petra Burns aka Petra Pauli, Petra Flame, here as Petra / Sanni with Jörg Joppke in an untitled scene from the German movie Euro-Mädchen - Amateure Intim 21 (or short Amateure Intim 21), released by DBM in 2004.

Notes:

She has a very unique tattoo of a red flame in the pubic region that you can spot in the scene several times. For example, at mark 1:04 min into the streams above.

At the start of the stream, you can see a title on screen: "grosser pruegel ins enge loch." This is German, but the spelling of some of the words is wrong. Which is why I assume it's not an official title and it was added by someone else, perhaps the uploader. As far as I can see, the official DVD release has no titles for the scenes.

When you look at streaming websites for the full movie, you can see that the original scene is longer (the entire content/footage is split in 3 different parts on the streaming services, but it's one long scene originally). Unfortunately, I can't find a "free" stream/download link for the full movie at the moment - only this scene capture:



It looks like there was a longer introduction of her and a short part afterwards - I wish I could find the entire movie somewhere...

The (basically edited shorter) scene itself was re-released as scene 1 on the German movie Knackige Fick-Ferkel, released by DBM / Privat (= DS116 AE) in 2013.
